This dedication to the core ingredient elevates every bowl we serve.
Deeply Flavored, Slow-Simmered Broths: The soul of any great noodle dish lies in its broth. Our chefs dedicate significant time to simmering bones and aromatics, creating complex, layered liquids that are rich in umami and perfectly balanced. These broths serve as the perfect canvas for our various toppings and noodle styles.
Commitment to Freshness and Quality Ingredients: We believe that exceptional final products require exceptional starting materials. We prioritize using the freshest available produce and high-quality proteins, ensuring that the natural flavors shine through without being masked by excessive additives. This focus on ingredient integrity is non-negotiable.
A Menu Reflecting Regional Diversity: While rooted in the flavors associated with Beijing, our offerings thoughtfully incorporate beloved noodle preparations from across China. This allows our patrons to explore a broad spectrum of tastes, from savory and robust to light and herbaceous, all within one cohesive menu structure.
We invite students, local residents, and visitors passing through Fort Collins to step away from the ordinary and immerse themselves in the extraordinary world of authentic Chinese noodles. We dove right into to eat and forgot to snap some photos. Try everything. The green tea egg, house noodles, oil spill noodles, even their plate of cooked bean sprouts is amazing. Quick, professional, friendly service. Decent prices. Clean & easy to navigate.

I would recommend! The food was tasty and fresh but we didn't have to wait very long :). I got the red pork belly lunch special which filled me up and was a good price. Everything seemed clean and the service was efficient. I have no complaints and will come back next time I am in Fort Collins.

This place is amazing… as a foodie I can guarantee you will not regret any menu item. It’s very clean and they have an open kitchen where you can see your own food being made. It’s authentic cuisine and the service is polite and quick. More

Must try the oil spilled noodles! A great combo of sauce with flat noodles. The Taiwan style combo tasted similar the Vietnamese braised pork and egg. The Beijing Noodle was bland and could use more black bean sauce. More

Got the noodles and beef dish. I would say the price point is very good for what you get. Avoid the boiled egg as it has no flavor and is overcooked. Service is a little bit awkward but overall it's a nice atmosphere. Very low-key. More

This is the perfect place to get delicious hand-pulled noodles. They get really busy during rush times, so come between lunch and dinner for quicker service. The noodles and sides are good every single time I come, so I hope they stay a mom-and-pop/hole-in-the-wall type of place to maintain their high quality dishes. The only criticism I have is that I wish they had a vegetarian protein option, like tofu, for their noodle dishes.

Visiting Fort Collins for the first time and decided to stop here. Holy crap we were not disappointed!! The food is beyond delicious. We ordered the smashed cucumber salad, steamed dumplings, Wuhan noodles with pork, and a tea egg. Everything was so flavorful and were generous servings, we thought we weren't going to finish everything but we demolished everything. An absolute must if you're craving Chinese.

I think it’s genuinely a great place. The menu takes a little getting used to. I kinda wish they had more vegetables and that their seasonal vegetable menu item was just a nice big pile of cooked vegetables. But very good noodle dishes.

Amazing authentic Chinese food! Immaculate flavor, fast friendly service, very reasonable price point. The oil spill noodles have a perfect level of spice. Good heat that adds to the flavor vs being so spicy that you can’t taste anything besides heat. My new favorite spot!

I love their tea eggs, pork belly, and mapo tofu. It's one of the few places outside of restaurants in SF where you can get authentic Chinese food, not just the Americanized version. They are also very nice and I appreciate how they are keeping their prices low.
